On the production lines of Hongtai, there are a group of special and resilient figures. After a rigorous selection process by the company, Jin Xiaoning, Sun Weimin, Zhang Basan, and Song Zhendong, four disabled workers, stood out. The trade union presented these four hardworking pioneers with warm funds, allowing the care to reach the frontline and touch people's hearts.

Responsible, hardworking and pragmatic——Jin Xiaoning

"Serious, diligent, hardworking and pragmatic" is a true portrayal of Jin Xiaoning. Even though he has physical limitations, he has never lowered his standards for himself. On the basis of his original job of pressing and tying straps and packing clips, he took on the responsibility voluntarily and independently undertook the packing work for an entire shift. 

With extraordinary perseverance, efficient execution ability and solid business skills, the work he accomplished far exceeded the standards of two people. Through his actions, he broke through prejudices and demonstrated the original intention of "do more and do better". Moreover, in response to the temporary support needs for the complex machine process, he was always on standby and never complained.

Decades of Consistent Dedication to Craftsmanship——Sun Weimin, Zhang Basan

Sun Weimin and Zhang Basan, as experienced workers in the company's direct-managed production department's large tractor position, their physical limitations have never stopped them from moving forward. Both of them have always been diligent and conscientious, arriving early and leaving late every day. Even with minor injuries, they never left their posts and never delayed the company's production plans. They demonstrated responsibility and commitment through their dedication. 

Facing the heavy physical work, they endured it with gritted teeth and never complained. They never took leave under any extraordinary circumstances and ensured the steady progress of production tasks. In the incoming material inspection process, they were meticulous and conscientious, actively communicating and seeking advice from their superiors when encountering questions. They always adhered to the working attitude of obeying instructions and executing tasks efficiently, and became the admirable "calming force" in the front-line positions.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance Guardian——Song Zhendong

After the two factories merged, disabled worker Song Zhendong overcame his limitations and took on a new position in equipment management and maintenance. With a strong sense of responsibility and double efforts, he treated his work with great dedication. Every day, he was the first to arrive at the workshop, checking the equipment one by one. When he couldn't hear anything, he would test each device by hand. Once he identified a problem, he would resolve it immediately. 

When colleagues have maintenance needs, he always responds promptly and repairs efficiently. With his professional skills and strong willpower, he ensures the stable operation of the production line, and is thus an outstanding guardian of the production line.
