First of all, I would like to extend my warm congratulations to all of you present here. With your outstanding performance throughout 2025, you have successfully been recognized as the Outstanding Employees of the Year! You are the true role models of our company. 

In 2026, the company has set clear work themes, hoping that all employees will focus on the goals, strive hard, and concentrate on enhancing product value, deeply exploring functional value, emotional value and service value, to create greater value for our customers. Currently, the copper price remains high and the market environment is complex and changeable. All employees must maintain a sense of crisis and proactively respond to challenges. 

Over the past year, in the face of the severe external situation, everyone overcame difficulties and achieved remarkable results. In the new year, I hope that all Hongtai people will continue to uphold the meticulous work attitude, maintain an energetic spirit, and drive colleagues around them to strive together.
